Qo‘llanilishi	This DNA standard is to extract and purify nucleic acid from ATCC25922 Escherichia coli after heat inactivation treatment. The absolute concentration of nucleic acid is determined by digital PCR, and then the nucleic acid solution is diluted to the required concentration with TE buffer solution. The standard is not infectious and has no biosafety risks. It is suitable for nucleic acid detection, specific analysis and other nucleic acid related studies of ATCC25922 Escherichia coli. It cannot be used for clinical diagnosis of diseases.
