High pressure sterilization at 121 ℃ for 10 minutes. When cooling 50-55 ℃, add 100ml of OADC additive for filtration and sterilization, mix well, and pour into a plate or test tube.
Порядок применения	(1) Prepare the above 2 plates; (2) After disinfecting the surface of the ampoule tube, open it in the safety cabinet, burn the top with an alcohol lamp, quickly drop sterile water to break it, and then crush it with tweezers; (3) Absorb 0.5mL of sterile water into the freeze-drying tube, fully dissolve the bacterial powder, then punch into 2 plates, 200 μL/piece, and coat evenly; (4) Place the flat plate under the above culture conditions for cultivation, and the strain can be used after growing out.
