After sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min, cool to 55 ℃, add 5% sterile defibrated sheep blood, shake well, pour the plate and cool it for later use.
Порядок применения	This standard should be taken out from the low temperature environment before use and balanced to room temperature. Please centrifuge before opening the lid (12000rmp,60s); After opening the lid, add 100 μL of enzyme-free and sterile water to dissolve, shake evenly, and use after instantaneous centrifugation.
